- 200 gms:- Fish (Pomfret or any fleshy fish)
- 1/2 :- coconut Grated
- 1 1/2:- tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1 :- big onion (cooked and make a paste)
- 1:-big tomato( cooked and make a paste)
- 4 :- cloves of Garlic
- 5 :- red Kashmiri Chillies
- 1/2:- teaspoon Tumeric powder
- 5 Pieces of Kokum
- 1tbsp:- goan fish masala.
- 2tsp:- oil.
- Salt to Taste.
- Method:--------------
- Soak the red chillies in warm water and keep aside.
- Wash the pomfret and rub it with kokum, salt and turmeric.
- In a mixture, add grated coconut, coriander seeds, soaked kashmiri chillies, goan fish masala. mix it with little water.
- In a kadai add oil and satue garlic and grated onion tomato paste as it started realising oil.
- Add the coconut chilli paste. after 5 mins, add water, as it stated boiling add fish.
- after 6-8 mins add coriander, and serve hot with rice.
